Shipping Policy
Please allow 1–7 business days for shipping confirmation. Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout errors may cause delays or order cancellation with a refund. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses once an order has shipped.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refused packages will have the original shipping cost plus return fees deducted from any refund.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please contact your local Postal Service directly. The Erotic Experience is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
Processing takes 1–5 business days after payment is verified (not including weekends/holidays). Shipping costs are shown at checkout, and international orders may incur customs fees.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except for defective items.
If you experience an issue with your order, email us at eroticexperience2310@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review and work to resolve the matter.
Please note: We are not responsible for shipping delays once your package has been sent.
Return Policy

The only exception is for items that arrive defective or damaged. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once verified, we will replace the defective item or provide a refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
